1. How do you proofread and edit a document?

We will carefully read your documents to find and correct any mistakes in grammar, terminology, punctuation and spelling. We also ensure that the document is written in an appropriate style and that the meaning is communicated in a clear and easy to read manner.

However, no changes will be made to the content of the document.

We use the tracking system in Microsoft Word. This allows our client to view the suggested corrections and decide whether to accept the corrections or not.

2. What is the turn around time for an assignment?

Simple assignments that are less than 10 pages will take 1 - 3 days to complete. Longer and more complicated assignment may take up to 7 days.

3. Do you provide academic assignment/thesis writing services?

Cheno Wordsmiths will only check your academic writing and thesis for language errors.

4. How do I make payment?

Cheno Wordsmiths requires a deposit to be paid before commencing work on any assignment.

For assignments that amount to less than RM100 (or less than $50), payment in full is expected prior to commencing work on your assignment.

Clients within Malaysia shall make payment by bank deposit or Paypal. We accept payment from our international clients using Paypal.

5. What is your privacy policy?

Cheno Wordsmiths treats all client information and materials in the strictest confidence.

All copies of assignments will be destroyed in a secure manner within 7 days of completion unless instructed otherwise by the client.
